  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accompanying accessories (if applicable) must be included and undamaged.
  • Return Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. After this 30-day period, we may no longer accept returns or process refunds.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Responsibility: In most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. This will help ensure that the returned item is safely received at our facility.

  • Exceptions: If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective product or the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. In these cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Shipping Damage: TrustPro Insure is not responsible for items damaged during return shipping unless the damage is a result of our error.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements for a refund. If everything is in order, we will process your refund promptly.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s) for your refund to be processed. The exact time frame for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are non-refundable under any circumstances. These include:

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized to your specifications (e.g., engraved items, custom-made orders) cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Digital Products or Downloadable Content: Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., eBooks, software, or downloadable services), we do not offer refunds on these items once the purchase has been completed.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for a return or refund. These are typically discounted or clearance items.
